Thank you for choosing Chucks & Heels LLC aka Parkerazzi Graphix Brand Design for your design needs and merchandise. We are dedicated to your satisfaction and appreciate your business. Below are our policies for refunds and returns:

1. Digital Services Refunds πŸ’»

  • Service Not Initiated: Full refunds are available if no work has commenced.
  • Quality Concerns: If the final designs don’t meet the agreed specifications, contact us for a possible refund.
  • Non-Delivery: Failure to deliver as per the agreed timeline, without valid reasons, entitles you to a partial refund.

2. Returns for Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services, returns are not applicable. For issues with final design files or formats, contact our support team for assistance.

3. Refund or Return Process for Digital Services

  • Contact: Email [email protected] or call (424) 234-3683 within 7 days of receiving your final design, providing order details and the nature of your issue.
  • Evaluation: Our team will assess your request, which may include additional information or clarification.
  • Outcome: You will be informed of the resolution. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for subjective dissatisfaction. Clear communication during the design process is encouraged.
  • Third-Party Services: For designs requiring third-party services, the policies of those services apply.

5. Merchandise Refund & Returns πŸ‘•

For physical merchandise:

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are in original, unused condition.
  • Refund Process: Contact us with your order details to initiate a return. Refunds are processed upon item inspection.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Notify us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping, except for damaged or incorrect items.

Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services and merchandise. Your understanding and cooperation with our policies are greatly appreciated.

All revision policies are drafted in each proposal and entered into the contract upon acceptance of the proposal. By default, projects include up to 3 revisions. In most cases, they are not all needed. In the rare case that 3 revisions are used and satisfaction is still not reached, we will both conclude that Chucks & Heels may not be the best fit to bring your particular vision into view. We will agree to conclude our business at this point.

If you feel you want to continue working together to achieve your goal, we will have to have a paid consultation to re-evaluate your project. It will be a new project order with a revised contract, a 75% deposit due and the remainder due upon completion.
